Following my law degree in Cardiff and a spell doing Local Authority work, I opened my first solicitors office at home in Luston in 1982. Following year-on-year expansion, I moved first to the former doctor's surgery in Church Street, Leominster and then in 1987 to my current dedicated office at 10 Burgess Street, Leominster.
I have a very loyal client base, both in Herefordshire and throughout the UK, with a particularly strong group in London.
All my work is non-contentious i.e. I do no court work, criminal work, nor divorce work. I provide an intensely personal property conveyancing service covering all aspects of freehold and leasehold properties (both residential and commercial) and advise on business sales and purchases.
I also head a small team in the office specialising in providing elderly client advice, covering wills, powers of attorney, Inheritance Tax planning and probate.
